It is surreal to think that Joe Hart is now retired from Football after achieving his fairytale ending as a Celtic player.

Hanging up his gloves with Scottish Premiership and Scottish Cup medals to his name, the 37-year-old is enjoying life as a free man as he earns a well-deserved rest.

Later on in the summer, Hart will Travel out to Germany to be a pundit on BBC Sport for their coverage of the upcoming EURO 2024 championships, calling on his wealth of Footballing experience alongside a host of high-profile names.

Nevertheless, there is no better cure to heal the fatigue incurred during a bruising yet successful campaign than enjoying some downtime with friends in the sunshine.

His caption read: “Great week celebrating @gregtaylor12 and @jurki17 beautiful wedding days … special couples, thank you for having us.”

It is great to see the togetherness from the Celtic dressing room transcending to matters outside the field of play, which is a marker of the collective spirit fostered at the club over the past few years.

Hart may now have retired; however, he’ll have made friends for life at Celtic in a three-year spell littered with trophy-laden success.
