The 2024 Women’s PGA Championship will be played at the Sahalee Country Club in SaMMAmish, Washington. The Golf course is par 72 that measures approximately 6,556 yards.

How will the Women’s PGA Championship cut be determined?

The 2024 Women’s PGA Championship will have a field of 156 players to start the tournament on Thursday. Upon the completion of two rounds, a cut will occur. The top 70 Golfers (including ties) will make the cut.

2024 Women’s PGA Championship Draftkings Player Selections

Ayaka Furue $10,000

Ayaka Furue arrives at this week’s major championship in rather good form. More specifically, Furue has accumulated four consecutive top eight finishes on the LPGA Tour, including an impressive second place result at the 2024 ShopRite LPGA Classic two weeks ago.

Due to Ayaka Furue’s quality finish at the 2024 ShopRite LPGA Classic I decided to take a hard look at the relevant player statistics for the tournament to see how Furue fared relative to the field.

Upon the completion of four rounds of competitive play at the 2024 ShopRite LPGA Classic, in relation to the field, Ayaka Furue ranked ninth in driving accuracy (85.7%), 11th in strokes gained tee to green (1.58), 13th in strokes gained approach (.685), and ninth in strokes gained putting (1.12).

Ayaka Furue has played well at the PGA Championship in the past. Furue finished sixth at the 2023 PGA Championship.

Ally Ewing $9,300

The talented American arrives at this week’s tournament on the heels of two consecutive top four finishes on the LPGA Tour, including a third-place result at the 2024 Women’s U.S. Open three weeks ago. I love Ally Ewing’s chances of posting another quality result in Washington this week.

Narin An $7,500

Full disclosure, I backed Narin An last week. How did An play last week? Narin An fired a first round a first round 67 at last week’s 2024 Meijer LPGA Classic en route to an eventual fifth place result. I see no reason why I should not back An again at this week’s 2024 Women’s PGA Championship.

Narin An also checks the box for me when it comes to key player statistics. An is currently ranked 14th in driving accuracy (80.24%), ninth in total birdies made (162), 18th in overall scoring average (70.80) and 11th in total rounds under par (24) on the LPGA Tour.

Similar to Ayaka Furue, Narin An has played well at this week’s event previously. An finished 30th at the 2023 Women’s PGA Championship.
