According to a report by In Touch Weekly, Tyson, who is set to fight Jake Paul in a boxing match on July 20, he experienced a medical issue requiring paramedics to assist him upon landing. “Thankfully, Mr. Tyson is doing great,” said Tyson’s representatives in a statement. “He felt nauseous and dizzy due to an ulcer flare-up 30 minutes before landing. He is grateful to the medical staff who were there to help him.”

About 30 minutes before the scheduled landing, passengers received a pre-recorded message asking if any medical personnel were on the plane. Medical professionals were requested to contact the flight attendants or press the call button because another passenger needed assistance. An eyewitness mentioned that the screens also displayed a message requesting medical assistance.

There were rumors that the flight was delayed because of Tyson’s medical issue, but his representatives have debunked that.

His representative stated, “It’s false reporting that his medical attention caused the flight delay. This two-hour delay was due to an air conditioning issue on the aircraft.”
