NBA star Isaiah Thomas is mourning the loss of his older sister, Quisha, after previously losing his sister Chyna in a car accident.

“Ima miss you big sis!!!!” Isaiah, 35, wrote via his Instagram Story on Wednesday, November 20. “Damn how you leave me too? 2 sisters gone!!! This can’t be real. I love and miss you Queen. 💙🙏🏾💔.”

Quisha’s cause of death is unknown, but Isaiah indicated something tragic had happened when he posted a string of 21 broken heart emojis and wrote “F!!!!!!!!!!!” via X on Wednesday morning.

The basketball star — who last played in an NBA game for the Phoenix Suns last season — has reposted multiple tributes to his sister via his Instagram Story.

Tyler Regan, a filmmaker for Isaiah’s company Slow Grind, mentioned the basketball star in his post.

“We will love you and miss you forever Quisha!!” Regan wrote in a message that was shared by Thomas. “Please watch over your brother and your mama, they need you!!”

Isaiah also lost his sister Chyna in 2017 when she was killed in a one-car accident in Federal Way, Washington. According to ESPN, she died at the scene when her car drifted onto the left shoulder of the highway and hit a large metal pole. Chyna was not wearing her seat belt at the time.

The crash occurred when Isaiah was playing for the Boston Celtics, just one day before the team was to begin their first-round series against the Chicago Bulls.
