However, their romance doesn’t end here. Earlier in 2024, media reports claimed the two were rekindling the flame. According to rumour mills, the stars got back together in August 2023, and have been dating since. Sightings of the duo in similar attires, sporting matching rings on multiple occasions led fans to believe about the potential reunion. Speculations arose when fans spotted Jennie wearing a scarf in a YouTube vlog earlier this year, a strikingly similar item that G-Dragon wore at a Celebrity gathering. Coincidence? Maybe not.

According to Soompi, a representative of Galaxy Corporation stated, “G-Dragon and Kim Go Eun are not in a romantic relationship.” The clarification continued, “She is merely a dongsaeng (younger friend or sibling) that he knows and her social circle overlaps with his.”
