Real Madrid defender Éder Militão has suffered an injury while on international duty with the Brazilian National Team. He will miss the Games against Ecuador and Paraguay.
What injury does Eder Militão have?
The defender, said the Brazilian federation, suffered a slight injury to his right leg after the training session on Wednesday, said the statement. “On Thursday”, it stated, “the medical department carried out tests which detected a small injury to his right thigh... the CBF support the player and wish him a speedy recovery.”
Militão joins Aurélien Tchouaméni, Dani Ceballos and Ferland Mendy in the Real Madrid injury room, as the aforementioned trio were already ruled out of participating during the international break due to physical problems.
The news of another injury to Militão will come with grimaces from the Madridisita community who saw the defender sit on the sidelines for 213 days last season as he overcame a cruciate liGament tear that saw him look on with frustration as his teaMMAtes won both LaLiga and the Champions League.
Last summer, Militão was a starter in the four Copa América games that the side played and had featured in all five games for Real Madrid in the 25/25 season.
