Ranveer Allahbadia's Beer Biceps Channel Hacked: All Content Deleted

September 26, 2024: In a shocking development, popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia has fallen victim to a major hacking incident that has wiped out all content from his widely followed Beer Biceps channel. Late Wednesday night, hackers seized control of the channel, rebranding it as “Tesla” and changing its handle to “@Elon.trump.tesla_live2024.”

In a troubling twist, Allahbadia's personal YouTube channel was also compromised, renamed to "@Tesla.event.trump_2024." The attackers not only erased all existing interviews and podcasts, but they also replaced the original content with older livestreams featuring notable figures such as Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

This cyber attack raises significant concerns over the security of high-profile online accounts, especially following a recent incident involving the Supreme Court of India’s YouTube channel, which also faced a hacking breach.

The hackers employed a particularly deceptive strategy by livestreaming an AI-generated avatar of Elon Musk, enticing viewers into a Cryptocurrency scam. During the stream, the avatar falsely promised to double investments in Bitcoin and Ethereum if viewers deposited funds on a dubious website, elonweb.net. This type of scam, known as a "Bitcoin doubling" scheme, has become a common tactic in cyberattacks targeting popular YouTube channels.
