After winning hearts during its original run on tvN, smash hit K-drama Lovely Runner is set to race its fans through numerous emotions once again as it is set to premiere on Netflix.

Based on the web novel Tomorrow’s Best, the Korean drama presents a beautiful love story with a time-Travel angle.

Following its season finale, TIME magazine called Lovely Runner the “Year’s Best K-Drama.”

“The success of a show that was never supposed to be a big hit, and the attention it has brought both Byeon and Kim, feels like a kind of destiny,” Kayti Burt of TIME noted in an explainer of the show’s finale.

Moreover, “Sudden Shower,” an OST sung by Byeon Woo-Seok in the show, entered the Billboard Global 200 Chart. The song is presented in the show as Sun-jae’s ode to his first love, Sol, after he sees her with a yellow umbrella in the rain.
