Camille Kostek reveals she and Rob Gronkowski secretly broke up, got back together

Camille Kostek said her nearly 10-year relationship with Rob Gronkowski hasn’t always been perfect.

Kostek, 32, sat down with Astra in the Page Six Studio on Tuesday where she revealed she and the ex-NFL tight end secretly broke up and reunited at some point during the course of their romance.

“Rob and I have been together for many years. We’ve had our ups, we’ve had our downs, and we’ve been able to break up, do our thing and get back together and heal in different ways, and learn and grow through the years,” Kostek said while promoting Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2024 with fellow models Brooks Nader and Kamie Crawford.

“I started dating Rob when I was 21,” Kostek continued as Nader — who made the cover of SI in 2023 — and Crawford — who made her debut in the magazine in 2022 — looked on.

The ex-Footballer was 24 at the time. “Today we’re celebrating his 35th birthday.”

As for whether the couple will ever walk down the aisle, the model, who landed the cover of Sport Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2021, admitted she doesn’t know when they’ll take the next step.

“I feel like this question gets asked to a lot of women who are in relationships for a long time, and a lot of people don’t get asked, ‘Are you happy? How’s your heart?’ Because that’s what’s most important,” Kostek said.

“If we were to be married sooner, it would have been over by now. But we’ve been able to do our thing individually,” she added, noting that she’s “very happy now.”

But when the time comes, she said, “it will be a surprise and a special day.”

Kostek was first linked to Gronkowski in 2015.

The former Patriots player first retired from the league in 2019, but returned to play with longtime teammate Tom Brady as part of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In his first season back, Gronkowski and the Buccaneers went on to win the Super Bowl in 2021.

He retired again in 2022.
