Who says ice cream can’t be Healthy? Since launching in Singapore at a farmers’ market in 2012, The Ice Cream Cookie & Co. has been growing a faNBAse for its “better for you” ice cream. Its products are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients with added dietary fibre and reduced sugar. Coming in ice cream sandwiches or indulgent pints, the brand offers an array of options to choose from, including Asian-inspired flavours. Customers can find them in Circle K, Yata, and Park n’ Shop, as well as in the flagship store.
The Ice Cream Cookie & Co.’s signature products
The Ice Cream Cookie & Co. prides itself in creating Healthy yet indulgent ice cream. Using ingredients like coconut nectar, the brand can create a naturally sweet ice cream with reduced sugar and gut-friendly prebiotic fibre. Its flagship product is its gourmet cookie sandwiches. Featuring freshly baked cookies with a generous serving of ice cream, it’s the perfect snack to have on the go. A pack of one cookie sandwich is available for HK$35. Or, you can get a multipack of three sandwiches for HK$88.
Of course, The Ice Cream Cookie & Co. also has pints for days when you just want to dig into a tub of ice cream. Expect classic flavours like Vanilla Bean, Vegan Dark Chocolate, and Mint Chocolate.
