The 2024 Amundi Evian Championship will be played at the Evian Resort Golf Club in Evian-les-Bains, France. The golf course is par 71 that measures approximately 6,523 yards.

How will the Amundi Evian Championship cut be determined?

The 2024 Amundi Evian Championship will have a field of 132 players to start the tournament on Thursday. Upon the completion of two rounds, a cut will occur. The top 65 Golfers (including ties) will make the cut.

2024 Amundi Evian Championship Draftkings Player Selections

Atthaya Thitikul $10,700

Atthaya Thitikul has accumulated four top eight finishes in her last five events played on the LPGA Tour, including an impressive sixth place result at the 2024 Women’s U.S. Open six weeks ago. It should be noted that Atthaya Thitikul won a team event on the LPGA Tour recently as well, the 2024 Dow Championship.

Thitikul also checks the box for me when it comes to previous event/course History. Since 2017, Atthaya Thitikul has played the Amundi Evian Championship four times. In those four events just noted, Thitikul accumulated three top nine finishes, including an eighth-place finish at the 2022 Amundi Evian Championship.

Ayaka Furue $9,900

Ayaka Furue arrives at this week’s major championship event on the heels of five consecutive top 19 finishes on the LPGA Tour, including an impressive second place result at the 2024 ShopRite LPGA Classic five weeks ago.

Due to Ayaka Furue’s quality finish at the 2024 ShopRite LPGA Classic I decided to take a hard look at the relevant player statistics for the tournament to see how Furue fared relative to the field.

Upon the completion of four rounds of comPetitive play at the 2024 ShopRite LPGA Classic, in relation to the field, Ayaka Furue ranked ninth in driving accuracy (85.7%), 11th in strokes gained tee to green (1.58), 13th in strokes gained approach (.685), and ninth in strokes gained putting (1.12).

Ayaka Furue has played well at this week’s event in the past. Furue finished fourth at the 2021 Amundi Evian Championship.

Ally Ewing $9,500

Ally Ewing has accumulated three consecutive top five finishes on the LPGA Tour, including a fifth-place result at the 2024 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship three weeks ago. I love Ally Ewing’s chances of posting another quality result in France this week.

Ashleigh Buhai $7,200

The talented South African has accumulated three top 21 finishes in his her last seven tournaments played on the LPGA Tour, including a 12th place finish at the 2024 ShopRite LPGA Classic.

Ashleigh Buhai finished 15th at the 2022 Amundi Evian Championship.
