Travis Kelce Shares That He and Taylor Swift ‘Like to Go Out and Eat’ Together on Date Nights

Travis Kelce shared why he and girlfriend Taylor Swift are mainly spotted going out to restaurants on their date nights.

“That’s what we do. We like to go out and eat,” Travis, 35, told brother Jason Kelce after he commented on a photograph of his sibling and Taylor, 34, going out to dinner in New York City during the Wednesday, October 16, episode of their “New Heights” podcast.

Travis and Taylor had back-to-back dinners out in the Big Apple that were captured by paparazzi photos.

The pair had a double date with the “Fortnight” singer’s BFF Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, at The Corner Store restaurant in New York’s SoHo neighborhood on October 11. The following night, Travis and Taylor dined at the Italian hotspot Torrisi.

The couple put on quite a fashion show for their dinners out. Taylor donned a monogrammed Gucci corset top with a leather RTA pleated miniskirt to hit up The Corner Store, while Travis rocked a patterned Jacquemus shirt and baggy trousers.

The following night the duo were stylish again, as the Grammy winner wore a gold velvet corset and matching miniskirt from Annie’s Ibiza, while the Super Bowl champ paired a blue knit Marni shirt with khaki Nahmias cargo pants.

The NFL star had a bye week from his Kansas City Chiefs schedule and spent it in New York City with Taylor. In addition to going out to eat, the couple attended Game 1 of the ALCS series between the New York Yankees and Travis’ beloved Cleveland Guardians at Yankee Stadium.

The Cleveland, Ohio, native and Taylor were photographed at the Monday, October 14, Game in a suite with friends, including comedian Jerrod Carmichael. Travis gushed about the experience on “New Heights.”

“I’m in hostile territory cause it’s the Bronx Bombers and I’m at Yankee Stadium and the playoffs, and I’m over here cheering for the Guards cause I’m a Cleveland kid and I want to see Cleveland win a f–king World Series,” Travis recalled.

He continued, “It was mixed feelings because I was there trying to have some fun with Tay and everybody, all our friends … came, we had an unbelievable crew with us and hanging with us. It was fun, even though the Guards couldn’t pull it off, it was still an exciting Game. It was cool to see Yankee Stadium because I always wanted to see that thing in person, in a playoff Game, in a hostile environment and it didn’t disappoint, man.”

Prior to opening up about the couple’s love of going out to eat, Travis previously dished about how Taylor has introduced him to new foods.

“You know I’m starting to open up to the Indian cuisine,” Travis told Jason, 36, on the October 9 episode of their “New Heights” podcast after the retired Philadelphia Eagles center asked if he liked curry.

“I know, my girl Tay is getting you opened up,” Jason told his brother, causing Travis to reply, “She is.” That prompted the father of three to cheer, “She’s introducing new foods to you. It’s been one of the greatest things that I’ve been happy about.”
