Low pressure sitting and spinning off the southern New England coast keeps the rain coming through midday and early afternoon. Clouds most likely stick around through the rest of the day/evening. Tight temp range, with highs in the upper 50’s and lows in the mid 50’s with a gusty northeasterly wind.
