Under center for Western Michigan is Hayden Wolff and he completed 12 of his 18 passes for 141 yards, one interception, and zero touchdowns. 

Running back Jalen Buckley had a strong Game on the ground rushing 16 times for 64 yards and two touchdowns. On defense they were actually pretty decent but this is a much bigger test. If Western Michgian wants any chance in this Game the defense is going to need to step up and really put the pressure on. If the defense struggles this is going to be a Game that is going to get out of hand early. 

Ohio State Offense Impressed

Ohio State in the first Game got out to a bit of a slow start but they poured it on late, and they were able to secure the 52-6 victory. In the second half they outscored the Zips 35-3. Will Howard looks like the quarterback that can get Ohio State over the hump and he completed 17 of his 28 passes for 228 yards and three touchdowns. 

Ohio State also has quite the 1-2 punch out of the backfield. In the first game TreVeyon Henderson finished with eight carries for 65 yards. Quinshon Judkins finished with 13 carries for 55 yards and a touchdown. They didn’t really need a whole lot more from either of the guys, but they still both had strong games. On defense they locked down against the pass and rush. In this game if they can create a couple of turnovers, this is another game they can win in blowout fashion. 

Ohio State vs Western Michigan Prediction

Western Michigan was comPetitive in the first Game, but this is a much bigger test. Ohio State’s offense scored 52 points in the first Game and they are going to score at least that here. Western Michigan won’t score more than a field goal and this Game is going to get out of hand early. Ohio State is going to put on a show here and this Game is going to get out of control early.
