Officials Confirmed for Celtic’s Next Two Matches
The SFA have confirmed who will take charge of Celtic’s next two matches.
The Bhoys have a colossal week ahead as they look to progress in the Scottish Premiership and League Cup.
Firstly, Dundee visits Parkhead on Wednesday night. Ross Hardie will referee the match, assisted by Graeme Stewart and Paul McAvinue. Matthew MacDermid is on VAR alongside Andrew McWilliam.
Brendan Rodgers’ men will look to strengthen their grip on things at the top of the table as a hectic period continues.
Indeed, a few days after they welcome the Dees to Glasgow’s east end, the Bhoys head to Hampden for a blockbuster League Cup semi-final under the lights.
A 5.30pm kick-off seemingly makes things even more tasty as the Premiership’s top two sides clash for the second time this season.
Kevin Clancy is in charge of the match. Frank Connor and Daniel McFarlane will run the lines as Andrew Dallas heeds VAR duties, assisted by John McCrossan.
The all-action 2-2 draw between Celtic and Aberdeen a few weekends ago suggests fans could be in for a treat at the National Stadium.
The sides went toe-to-toe at Parkhead the Saturday before last, with the Dons’ performance surprising many.
Before the weekend, though, both sides must navigate their respective league ties. On Wednesday night, the Hoops host Dundee and Rangers visit Pittodrie in a full league fixture card.
