Hampden Cup Final Tickets: Limited Seats Remain as Deadline Looms
Tickets for Celtic’s League Cup final clash against Rangers went on sale this morning at 10am, following Monday’s ballot results.
As expected, demand has been intense, with thousands of fans already securing their spot at Hampden for the season’s first silverware showdown.
By midday, only around 1,600 seats remain available for those lucky enough to have been drawn in the ballot. With the deadline to purchase tickets not closing until Friday, these remaining seats are expected to dwindle quickly as latecomers log in to claim their spot.
Will Any Tickets Be Left Over?
It’s unlikely that many tickets, if any, will be left unclaimed once the deadline passes. Latecomers have a History of snapping up last-minute opportunities, especially for a match of this magnitude. Even so, if a small number of tickets do remain unallocated after Friday, they could potentially be opened up to other fans – but don’t bank on it.
A Reminder for Ballot Winners
If you’ve been selected in the ballot but haven’t acted yet, time is of the essence. Tickets can be purchased online only, with prices as follows:
•South Stand: £45 / £27 concessions
•North Stand: £45 / £27 concessions
•East Stand: £40 / £23 concessions
Restricted view seats are discounted by £3, though at this stage, availability may dictate your options.
Celtic fans who’ve secured their tickets can now look forward to a massive occasion at Hampden, while others continue to hope for a last-gasp chance to join them. Either way, the atmosphere is set to be electric as the Hoops aim to assert their dominance and claim the first trophy of the season.
