Kendall Jenner Spreads Awareness On Mental Health During Coronavirus; Starts ‘How Are You Really’ Challenge Amid The Lockdown

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kendall Jenner has introduced a new challenge called the ‘How Are You Really challenge’, it basically lets you know how are you really feeling during isolation. Announcing the same, she shared a video regarding how mental health is important in this quarantine period

Kendall Jenner recently took to her Instagram account and shared a video saying that she has started a new challenge in the difficult time of Coronavirus lockdown. In the video, Kendall is heard saying that after a lot of thinking, she thought mental health is very important to us especially during this lockdown period as Coronavirus has been devastating people’s lives. She also says that we all are in in this together and wanted to let everyone know that they are not alone in this isolation time.

With this, she also introduces a new challenge called the ‘How Are You Really challenge’, it basically lets you know how are you really feeling in this isolation. She also mentioned how she gets anxious and some good days and since she’s going off and on, she decides to start this new challenge.

While sharing the announcement, she captioned the video as, “How are you, really? I am proud to stand with @kennethcolereal and The Mental Health Coalition, to end the stigma against mental health conditions. It is important, now more than ever, that we come together to promote acceptance and inspire hope. Together, and only together, we can make a difference in millions of lives. Please join me, and share how you are, really. #howareyoureallychallenge @mentalhealthcoalition @howareyoureally”

After introducing her challenge, she then tags the people who she has nominated in this challenge, “i nominate @kimkardashian @justinbieber @haileybieber @jenatkinhair tell us how you’re feeling.” Surprisingly, she didn’t take tag her sister Kylie Jenner in this challenge. Nevertheless, we are sure it will spread some positivity and will uplift their mood as well in the time of Coronavirus pandemic.
