GTA VI trailer is now most viewed YouTube video in 24 Hours

In just 22 hours, the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer got 85 million views, beating a record set by a MrBeast video for most YouTube views in a day.

The excitement for this highly anticipated Game might even surpass records set by music videos.

Fans have been eagerly waiting for GTA 6 for a decade. The previous Game, GTA V, was released over 10 years ago in September 2013. It holds the record for the "highest revenue by an Entertainment product in 24 hours," making $815.7 million on its release day, and is the second-best-selling Game ever, right after Minecraft.

Rockstar Games, the company behind Grand Theft Auto, planned to release the trailer on Tuesday morning. However, it got leaked on Twitter a day early. Rockstar decided to still release the trailer and took down the leaked version.

MrBeast, known for his YouTube records, previously held the 24-hour views record. His video in August, featuring contestants from every country, got 59.4 million views in a day.
