This week, the PGA Tour presents Golf fans with the 2024 Procore Championship. Let’s take a look at this week’s event from a Draftkings perspective.

The 2024 Procore Championship will be played at the Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa, California. This golf course is a par 72 that measures approximately 7,123 yards.

Sahith Theegala won the 2023 Procore Championship with a cumulative four round score of 21 under par.

2024 Procore Championship Draftkings Picks

Corey Conners $9,800

Corey Conners has accumulated six top 25 finishes in his last nine events played on the PGA Tour, including a tenth-place result at the 2024 Genesis Scottish Open in July. In addition to his recent outstanding play on the PGA Tour, Corey Conners finished ninth at the 2024 Paris Olympic Golf event last month.

Conners certainly checks the box for me when it comes to key player statistics. In relation to this week’s 2024 Procore Championship field, in the last 36 rounds played on the PGA Tour, Corey Conners ranks seventh in birdie or better percentage, second in strokes gained approach, third in GIR (greens in regulation), and second in strokes gained tee to green. Clearly, Corey Conners is playing at a high level entering this week’s event.

Additionally, Corey Conners has played well at this week’s PGA Tour event in the past. More specifically, Conners finished 13th at the 2019 Procore Championship.

Brendon Todd $9,100

Last month, Brendon Todd fired a final round 66 at the 2024 Wyndham Championship en route to an eventual 12th place finish.

Due to Brendon Todd’s quality finish at the 2024 Wyndham Championship I decided to take a hard look at the relevant player statistics for the event to see how Todd fared relative to the field.

Upon the completion of four rounds of comPetitive play at the 2024 Wyndham Championship, in relation to the field, Brendon Todd ranked fourth in driving accuracy (78.6%), 13th in strokes gained around the green (0.458), ninth in strokes gained putting (1.177), and eighth in scrambling (76.5%).

Similar to Corey Conners, Brendon Todd has played well at the Silverado Resort course previously. Todd finished sixth at the 2023 Procore Championship.

Jhonattan Vegas $7,800

Jhonattan Vegas has tallied three top 25 finishes in his last five tournaments played on the PGA Tour, including an impressive win at the 2024 3M Open two months ago.

In relation to this week’s 2024 Procore Championship field, in the last 12 rounds played on the PGA Tour, Jhonattan Vegas ranks second in GIR (greens in regulation), sixth in birdie or better percentage, fifth in total Draftkings points scored, 13th in strokes gained approach, and fourth in strokes gained tee to green.
