Sandra Bullock goes on rare outing with children Louis and Laila
Sandra Bullock stepped out for a rare family outing with son Louis and daughter Laila Thursday.
Bullock, 59, looked put together in a white T-shirt, jeans, a long beige coat and Birkenstock Boston clogs in a similar neutral hue while strolling through Los Angeles.
The “Blind Side” actress wore her hair in a low bun and paired the chic look with a black crossbody bag and sunglasses.
Meanwhile, her kids looked comfortable in athleisure with her 11-year-old daughter rocking a white Nike tracksuit and Air Jordan sneakers.
Her 14-year-old son looked all grown up as he towered over his mom in gray sweatpants, a black graphic hoodie and cozy slippers.
While it’s unclear where the threesome was headed, Louis was seen walking back out of the building with a mask on.
The Oscar winner — who adopted Louis and Laila in 2010 and 2015, respectively — famously doesn’t use social media and has kept her kids out of the public eye.
Bullock was last seen out and about with her youngest in October 2023 — just a few months after the death of her longtime partner, Bryan Randall.
Randall, who met the actress in 2015 when he photographed Louis’ birthday party, helped Bullock raise her two children. He was also dad to a grown daughter, Skylar, from a previous relationship.
Despite the tragic loss, the mother-daughter duo seemed in good spirits as they went on a stroll hand-in-hand.
At one point during their walk, Bullock stopped to chat with her daughter before planting a kiss on her cheek.
Following the release of her film “Lost City” in March 2022, the actress announced that she would be stepping back from acting to focus on her family.
“I take my job very seriously when I’m at work,” she told “Entertainment Tonight”. “And I just want to be 24/7 with my babies and my family.”
While Bullock is “happiest” to be at home, she joked that her life revolved around “servicing [her kids’] every need” — including “their social calendar.”
Although she didn’t mention anything about Randall’s secret battle with ALS at the time, a source later told Page Six that the “Proposal” star was acting as her partner’s caretaker for the last year of his life.

“I don’t think people knew that Sandra actually took off to care for Bryan,” a Hollywood producer told us.
The “Miss Congeniality” star’s sister, Gesine Bullock-Prado, later gushed about what an “amazing” caretaker the actress was to the photographer.
“ALS is a cruel disease but there is some comfort in knowing he had the best of caretakers in my amazing sister and the band of nurses she assembled who helped her look after him in their home,” Gesine captioned a smiling photo of Randall. “Rest in peace, Bryan.”
Although the couple never wed, Sandra referred to Randall as a “saint” and the “love of [her] life” during an appearance on the “Red Table Talk” in 2021.
“I found the love of my life,” she gushed. “We share two beautiful children — three children, his older daughter. It’s the best thing ever.”
“He’s the example that I would want my children to have,” she added.
