Mike and Lauren Sorrentino Introduce Baby No. 3 to Kids in ‘Jersey Shore’ Exclusive Clip

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino officially became a father of three and brought his newborn daughter home with his wife, Lauren, in a Life & Style exclusive clip from the Thursday, November 21, episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.

“It’s a big moment. The babies are going to meet the newest member of the family. I’m all in my feels,” Mike, 40, says in a confessional, as the scene shows the couple entering their home with their infant, Luna Lucia. The MTV star and Lauren, 39, welcomed their youngest child on March 6, 2024, and also share young kids Mia Bella Elizabeth and Romeo Reign.

In the episode, Romeo, 3, and Mia, 1, were nothing short of excited to meet their baby sister, whom they first examined while in the arms of their parents. Mike held Romeo, while Mia sat on Lauren’s lap and together, they gazed at baby Luna from her car seat carrier. The pair successfully got the little ones to pose on the couch for their first family photo of five.

“It’s just the best moment of my life being able to have these kids together,” Lauren said in a confessional interview.

Mike, for his part, reflected on his life and the progress he’s made in the past decade alongside his growing family.

“If you would have told me 10 years ago that ‘Big Daddy Sitch’ would be going on his ninth year of sobriety, dad of three, married with his college sweetheart – that’s like a fairytale,” the family patriarch gushed. “We’ve worked so hard for this moment and we’re going to cherish it.”

Mike and Lauren announced Luna’s arrival one day after her birth in March.

“We are overjoyed to announce the newest member of our growing Italian family. Luna Lucia Sorrentino,” the couple captioned their joint Instagram post on March 7. “Born March 6th 2024 at 3:49 pm weighing in at 5 pounds 6 ounces and 18.25 inches in length. 3 under 3 will be quite the situation but we wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Two days later, Mike and Lauren shared their updated family photo, which is featured in the upcoming episode of Jersey Shore.

“FIRST FAMILY PHOTO. SITUATION FAMILY of 5. I still remember the days I prayed for what I have now,” Mike captioned the March 9 Instagram post.

In September, Mike gave Life & Style an exclusive update on their family life and revealed if they want more kids.

“I do love kids. I’m one of four and Lauren is one of four,” Mike explained at the time, noting that he and Lauren welcomed their children “back to back to back.” Romeo was born in 2021 and Mia in 2023.

“So, we were planning on taking a break this year and just figuring out three, because three is definitely not easy,” he continued, adding, “But we’re definitely not closing the door on four.”

The former Dancing With the Stars contestant also shared how Romeo and Mia adjusted to having another sibling around.

“Romeo is such an amazing big brother. He’s very protective of his two younger sisters and he’s very, very affectionate. It is so adorable,” Mike gushed.
