RHOBH’s Mauricio Umansky Replaced a Photo of Kyle Richards on His Desk With One of DWTS’ Emma Slater

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky replaced a photo of his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, with one of his Dancing With the Stars partner, EMMA Slater.

Fellow RHOBH star Sutton Stracke revealed the news during the Tuesday, November 26, episode of the hit Bravo reality TV show.

“After I talked to Kyle, she seemed a little down,” Sutton, 53, told her costars Erika Jayne and Kathy Hilton when the women visited her at her home. “There was a story she told me about a picture.”

Erika, 53, asked, “A picture of what?” and Sutton continued.

“Mauricio, he replaced a picture of the two of them with a picture of him and the woman from Dancing With the Stars.”

While the mom of three never mentioned EMMA, 35, by name, Mauricio, 54, was partnered with her during his time on season 32 of the dancing comPetition. Sutton clarified that the photo was seen on the real estate mogul’s office inside the home he shared with Kyle, 55.

“At that point, for me, I’m like, ‘Bye. Bye, Mauricio,” Sutton said during a confessional. “But I don’t think Kyle did that. I think she just, kind of, was hurt and still hopeful. Hurt and hopeful.”

Both Kathy, 65, and Erika were appalled that Mauricio replaced the picture.

“It would be one thing taking it down,” Kathy told Erika and Sutton, “but then to put that up? Come on.”

Erika added during a one-on-one interview, “Why are you replacing a picture of your wife with your Dancing With the Stars partner? All that’s going to do is make people talk more. That doesn’t help; it actually hurts.”

“Then again, Tom [Girardi] had a picture of who he was f–king underneath his desk, and there she was ,” she continued, mentioning her estranged husband. “So, who am I to judge, you know? Happened to me.”

The three women later visited Kyle at her home for a pajama party, and as Sutton passed Mauricio’s office, she asked Kyle if it “felt weird,” referring to the desk.

“Yeah,” the Halloween actress replied. “It feels weird that my picture was taken down, too.

Despite announcing their separation in July 2023, neither Kyle nor Mauricio have officially filed for divorce. In the trailer for Mauricio’s Netflix show, Buying Beverly Hills, he revealed that Kyle had been the one to pull the plug on their marriage. She later opened up about the decision during an interview on Today.

“I think there were certain things that were there that we had kind of been putting on the back burner for a long time. You know, you’re pregnant and you’re breastfeeding. And then it was working and juggling the kids and you kind of forget about it, and then it resurfaces again,” Kyle told Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager in February. “And I think I just kind of came to a, I would say a breaking point, honestly. And I’ve gone through a lot. I lost my best friend, and I think that really does change you and makes you look at things differently.”
