Bartholomew first placed the toads in a freezer, before showing them cut up on a chopping board.
He then breads them before frying them in oil.
People are then shown on camera eating the cane toad legs.
“It’s actually 10 times better than I thought it would be,” one man says.
“F****** delicious.”
Viewers were disturbed, to say the least.
“Sorry, but no, no, no,” one person commented.
“There’s no way ...,” said another.
“Someone, call the police,” one comment reads.
“What the holey heckers have I just stumbled upon,” said another.
Another commenter put it simply when they said: “f*** that”.
But not everyone was against the act, with one person commenting “I hear they taste a bit like chicken”.
Bartholomew has posted a slew of other cooking content designed to shock viewers, including a video where he makes eggs benedict on a hot cross bun and another where he pretends to cut his hand while chopping onions.
