New Rink Brings Skating Back to Castle Fun Center

A soft opening has been scheduled for a new addition to a popular family fun attraction in the Hudson Valley. This weekend may be the perfect time to lace up the skates and check out what's new in Chester.

They take fun very seriously at The Castle Fun Center in Chester, and have something for just about everyone at their Chester, New York location.

From bowling and amusement park style rides, to bumper cars, zip lines, go karts, laser tag, iNFLatables, an arcade, and more, we're pretty lucky to have this gem right in the Hudson Valley.

In addition to their open hours, they also host parties, school field trips, camps and other special events on site.

Castle Fun Center Announces Return of Skating Rink, Soft Opening

Back in early 2020, think weeks before any of us really knew what COVID was, or what the world would soon look like, The Castle Fun Center announced they would be introducing 'The Castle INFLataPark' in March. Described as 'an all-new and totally immersive iNFLatable environment. So much more than just a bounce-house, The Castle INFLataPark is an eye-popping 11 thousand square feet, featuring 12 interconnected activity areas.'

With the announcement back in 2020 also came the news of the closing of their roller skating rink, which would be replaced by the INFLataPark.

Fast forward to now, The Castle Fun Center has announced the return of roller skating and a brand new rink!

They will be hosting a soft opening this upcoming weekend, with skating hours during the following:

• Friday 9/13 3-6pm, 6:30-9:30pm
• Saturday 9/14 1-4pm, 5-9pm
• Sunday 9/15 1-5pm
