12:40 pm ET Parx (Race 1) – Lookinatlightening 2/1 (2-star play)

Trained by Michael V Pino, this filly has shown ability in 3 of her 4 startswith all of those efforts coming in maiden claiming company.

The most recent of those saw the daughter of Lookin At Lucky place 4th in a $16,000 maiden claiming contest over 7.5 furlongs on turf at Parx earlier this month. The step up in trip today should prove no issue and she can break her maiden switched to the main track.  

3:26 pm ET Parx (Race 7) – Minxzhippzdontleye 6/5 (2-star play)

Frankie Pennington’s mount proved that he is a force at a much higher level when delivering a victory in a $25,000 claiming contest over a mile on the main track at Parx last month.

The 3-year-old failed to shine when 9th on this circuit on his only subsequent start, but the drop in grade today is a positive move, as is the booking of Frankie Pennington and he looks capable of returning to the winner’s enclosure for trainer Miguel A Rodriguez. 

4:47 pm ET Parx (Race 10) – Majestic Tiger 9/5 (2-star play)

Robert Mosco’s gelding switches to Parx from New York having won and finished on the board in claiming races at Aqueduct already this year. The most recent of those efforts saw him placed 2nd in a $25,000 claiming event over 6 furlongs at the start of April.

The 5-year-old has failed to shine in 2 starts at Belmont Park since but looks capable of delivering a victory under Ruben Silvera as he drops in grade on his first start at this venue.
