1:34 pm Kentucky Downs (Race 3) – Let My People Go 8/5 (2-star play)

The son of Pioneerof The Nile showed good form when winning a five-and-a-half-furlong allowance optional claiming event at Churchill Downs by one-and-a-quarter-lengths at the end of May. The four-year-old has finished on the board in two starts at Ellis Park since including when runner-up in a Listed sprint there just under a month ago. Has performed well here in the past and looks capable of registering a fourth career win with Rafael Bejarano booked to ride.

3:19 pm Kentucky Downs (Race 6) – Strong Order 2/1 (2-star play)

The Mike Maker-trained mare recorded her fourth career success when delivering a half-length victory in a $40,000 claiming contest over a mile-and-one-sixteenth on a good turf track at Saratoga two weeks ago. The Strong Mandate mare had previously finished fourth in a $32,000 claiming event over the same track and trip in July. The selection should have no issues with the step up in grade here and is selected to record her second win of the year.

6:00 pm Kentucky Downs (Race 11) – Far Bridge 8/5 (2-star play)

The winner of three of his six starts to date the English Channel colt registered his first Grade 1 victory when taking out the Belmont Derby over a mile-and-a-quarter at Belmont Park in July. The colt followed that success up with a one-and-a-half-length third in the Grade 1 Saratoga Derby Invitational over a sixteenth shorter on yielding going at Saratoga last month. Todd Pletcher’s three-year-old steps up in trip here and looks capable of returning to winning ways.
