1:34 pm Belmont Park (Race 3) – Idea Generation 8/5 (2-star play)

Demonstrated plenty of ability when delivering a fourth in a Listed stakes over a mile-and-one-sixteenth on a good turf course on debut at Saratoga in September last year. Duly broke his maiden when tackling the same distance and switched to Aqueduct just over two months later. Races on lasix for the first time here and looks up to making a winning seasonal debut having advertised his well-being with a 50:54 four furlong work on dirt at Saratoga recently.

2:07 pm Belmont Park (Race 4) – Luna Warrior 7/5 (3-star play)

The pick has finished on the board in two of his three starts since joining the Jose Francisco D’Angelo barn with the first of those coming when a neck second in a $20,000 maiden claimer over seven-and-a-half-furlongs at Gulfstream Park in February. Subsequently performed well at a higher level including when beaten by the same margin in a seven furlong $40,000 maiden claimer at Belmont Park last month. Looks capable of breaking his maiden at the seventh attempt.

3:47 pm Belmont Park (Race 7) – You’re My Girl 8/5 (2-star play)

Delivered a wide margin victory when making her debut in a six furlong maiden special weight contest at Saratoga in September and subsequently finished a length second in the Grade 1 Frizette Stakes over a mile at Aqueduct in October. Has had a virus since delivering a fifth place finish in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies in November but has shown up well in the mornings of late and looks up to resuming with a victory under Joel Rosario.
