Google Bard adds precise location support for better results
In an effort to get “more relevant responses,” Google Bard has added precise location access to its ChatGPT rival.
The company explained that “Bard uses location from your Google Account’s Home and Work addresses and your IP address.” Not too different from Google Search, location access to Google Bard, is aimed at providing better responses with location.
Bard will note down user’s city and how it is derived in its Settings. Users can also tap “Update location” to enable the chatbot to access the precise location.
