My favorite kind of shopping is returning just in time to celebrate Spring in New York. I am a huge fan of Night Markets and no one seems to do it better than Moon Serpent and Bone Oddities & Curiosities.

Multiple times a year you have a chance to catch one of these events where you will find unique items you may not have seen at any other market you may have visited. On March 22nd, 2024 it is the 6th Annual Ostara Oddities & Curiosities Night Market.

Why Do They Have Night Markets in the Hudson Valley?

These events not only give those of us who enjoy keeping oddities around the house a place to find them but they also give the vendors who sell the items a chance to speak one-on-one with their customers.

Don't be shy about coming if you have never gone before. Grab a friend and stop out to Locust Grove Estate on March 22, from 6 PM to 11 PM for an evening of fun and the unusual in a safe friendly environment.

Ask questions, meet the vendors, and browse for things you might not have even realized you want to own.

What Types of Vendors Are At an Oddities Night Market?

Crafters will be on hand to show you their work. Magick makers will elevate your curiosity. There are people who can offer you a glimpse into the world of mystical and spiritual practices.

Artists displace their work and offer it for sale. It can be dark and Mysterious but you will find that some are very whimsical. I personally love all the creative energy at these events.
