Disney+ customers warned over ‘suspended subscription’ scam email
Disney+ customers are urged to keep an eye out for suspicious emails threatening to cancel subscriptions, as cyber criminals prey on the streaming service’s audience.
The phishing email uses the official Disney+ logo to dupe unsuspecting customers into falling for the scam and handing over the financial details.

The message opens with, “we are really sorry”, before claiming the service has been unable to authorise the customer’s most recent payment and will be “suspending your subscription”.
“Of course we would love to see you again. Just click, ‘restart subscription to update your information and continue enjoying the best TV shows and movies without interruption’,” it says.
