Imagine preparing months ahead for your big day along with your spouse-to-be, only to get your plans thwarted by a citywide lockdown. As fate would have it, Khola and Qasim do not need to imagine this because their fairytale was obstructed by the containers lined in areas of Islamabad in compliance with protests organised by Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI).

However, the local couple didn't let this setback deter their enthusiasm or their wedding photoshoot. The two proudly posed in front of the containers, with spray-paint doodles as their backdrop. Clad in matching light-tone attires, the pair did not compromise on the romantic aspect. Neither did the photographers, The Talent Studios, who uploaded the clicks on Instagram and drew in attention from netizens.

In a hilarious twist in mood, the handle pinned comedic music to the video captures, highlighting just how unique the experience was for even the parties involved. Some videos were even accompanied by patriotic music to reflect the spirit of being gallantly Pakistani. "When you couldn't find any other location on your big day... since it was all locked up," the account joked.

The videos amassed thousands of likes and comments from curious scrollers. "When life gives you containers, make the best out of them," a user noted. "The fun must never stop!" echoed another. "This is a good example of adapting to your environment," said yet another.

Many one-word compliments for the couple flooded the comments section, calling the shoot "memorable" and deeming the couple lucky. "Imagine showing this to your children," a user pondered. "I was actually wondering about what would happen to those getting married. But this works, too. This is how you remember you got married in Pakistan," another user observed.

Some couldn't help but be in awe of the dramatic, almost dystopian nature of the setup. "It looks like a PUBG photoshoot," a different user jested. "With the right editing, this would look like a scene straight out of an apocalypse film," another said. "Surely, they'll sell these masterpieces in an auction," someone else hoped.

The virality of the post didn't go unaddressed by Ibrahim Mushtaq of The Talent Studios. In a recent video uploaded to Instagram, Ibrahim said that he was compelled to speak to the camera for the first time in his career. After offering his gratitude to those who made this possible, he elaborated on the story behind the shoot.

"We got the bride and groom on board, and went to the nearest containers by the E-11 bridge, and executed the shoot," Ibrahim said. "The poses were pre-planned due to security uncertainty, but thankfully we got to do things as planned. It was fun. The coordination was perfect."
