Christina Hall Selling Her Tennessee Home Amid Josh Hall Divorce
Christina announced she was putting her Franklin farmhouse up for sale for $4.5 million on October 4, 2024, three months after separating from Josh.

Deal of the Day
These ‘Cloud-Soft’ Sandals Are 53% Off Today View DealChristina seemingly shaded Josh in the next story, writing, “Time to go back to reality … Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog. I guess plans changed. All about trying to take everything you can … with your mind on my money and my money on your mind … bye.”
The property includes a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom house, totaling 5,000 square feet.
On October 9, Life & Style viewed court documents filed by Josh, requesting that a judge block the Flip or Flop alum’s decision to sell the home. Christina purchased the property in February 2021. However, Josh claimed to have an “appreciation interest” on the piece of land after allegedly making financial contributions toward the mortgage.
Josh also claimed that Christina brought up her plan to sell the home before putting it on the market, but he shot down the idea.
