Cat’s Black Coat Turns Into A Unique Marble Fur Due To A Rare Skin Condition
A first look at Scrappy the cat will immediately tell you that he is no ordinary cat. His speckled, marble-like fur is a result of a rare skin condition called vitiligo, which causes a marbling-effect on the fur of felines. According to his owner David, Scrappy used to have midnight black fur until he turned seven years old, when white patches started appear in his fur. Scrappy is now 19-years-old and has a unique fur that sets him apart from other cats. His owner documents Scrappy’s daily life and adventures and posts them on Facebook and Instagram. The internet is fawning over this beautiful cat, and just take a look at the photos below to see why.
