Carson Beck’s Mom’s Text Before Georgia Game Goes Viral
Carson Beck came into this weekend understanding that Georgia could not afford to lose to Tennessee. As things stood, following their disappointing showing against Ole Miss, the Bulldogs were out of the College Football Playoff picture.
With all that pressure on him, Beck showed up in a big way against the Volunteers. Not only did he lead his squad to victory – he helped them dominate.
Beck went recorded 347 yards, 2 touchdowns and 0 interceptions on 25-of-40 passing. He also ran for 32 yards on just 3 carries, including a 10-yard score early in the second half that gave his squad the lead for good.
For his troubles, Beck earned Reese’s Senior Bowl Offensive Player of the Week honors.

But she isn’t the only woman in Beck’s life causing a stir. This weekend, his mom’s text to her son went mega-viral:

Beck’s mom was right – he did have it last weekend. And as a result, Georgia is now very much alive in the National Championship race.
