Kuhn, who joined Celtic in January, has been under the spotlight as he struggled initially to consistently display his capabilities. Yet, in this match, he significantly stepped up, scoring two goals and delivering a remarkable assist that was simply world-class.

Rodgers, speaking to Celtic TV, was effusive in his praise for Kuhn’s contribution to the match. He noted Kuhn’s sharper form, which could be attributed to his period of adjustment since joining the club.

“In the first year, he was adapting and he has come back looking really sharp. The moves for the goals were outstanding. Some of the oBPCxaYMLBD9LrMsKkZR to play through City’s press was excellent. We built it up really well despite their pressure. He finished his two goals really well. His pass for the third goal was magical. The outside of the right foot and it had to Travel a long distance, so two goals and an assist for him was great.”

This performance, especially in a high-profile friendly against Manchester City, might just be the confidence booster Kuhn needs to kick on and become a crucial player for Celtic. He’s had his challenges, but if he keeps up that level of performance, he’ll be a top player for Celtic this season.
