Ice hockey is a sport that allows fighting, making it one of the sport’s most distinctive features. Although there has been a decrease in recent years, fighting is still frequently a significant aspect of the Game. The following information contains all the necessary details.

Referees have the authority to decide which penalties to enforce and assess the level of responsibility of the participants for initiating or prolonging the altercation.
In Hockey, being ejected from the Game is the most severe penalty one can receive. However, engaging in a brawl would result in a “major penalty,” which would require the player to sit out for five minutes during the Game.
