The five-time Masters champion, Tiger Woods, has never missed the cut as a professional in his 25 appearances. He played the Masters twice as an amateur and in 1996 was unable to make the cut shooting 75-75 on Thursday and Friday.

Woods is a five-time champion and was unable to play in 2021 after a dangerous car accident that hospitalized him the same year. Tiger has now made 23 consecutive Masters cuts, tying the record held by Fred Couples and Gary Player. TIger will be looking to break that record this week after a long day on Friday.

In 2023 he shot 3-over par after shooting 74-73 on Thursday and Friday, to leave him right on the cut line. He looked tired and out of his Game both days. The rain and cold on Saturday morning didn’t help as he finished with two bogeys on 17 and 18. The veteran had to withdaraw last year after struggling through cold and wet weather.

The 48-year old is giving it his all to tie Jack Nicklaus’ record of 18 wins in Golf’s majors. He’s three behind the Golden Bear in that category and has won only one major since 2008.

The weather conditions are getting more complicated as the wind picks up on Friday afternoon at Augusta National. That wind is going to affect everyone, especially the Golfers who start late. We’ll be keeping you updated here on the cutline at the Masters on Friday.
