When is matchday five of the 2023-24 Champions League? Fixtures, dates, kick-off times, standings...
Another round of UEFA Champions League group stage action of is over, with no fewer than six teams securing their places in the round of 16 with two matches left to spare. Big hitters Real Madrid, Manchester City and Bayern Munich maintained their 100% records, while it was another European midweek to forget for Barcelona.
Two groups are, incredibly enough, already done and dusted, with the only thing left to be decided is whether Real Sociedad or Inter finish top in Group D, and whether RB Leipzig can spot City from finishing first in Group G.
When are matchdays five and six of the 2023-24 UEFA Champions League group stage?
There will still be plenty to play for elsewhere on matchday five, which will take place on Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 November. The final round of the group stage is set for Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 December, by which point we will know the identities of all 16 qualifiers for the first knockout round.

Tuesday 28 November
Group E
Celtic are all but out, with Atlético Madrid, Lazio and Santi Giménez’s Feyenoord to fight it out for the top two spots.
Group F
Only three points separate group leaders Borussia Dortmund and Newcastle, who are bottom, with two rounds left.
Group G
As mentioned, City and RB Leipzig are already through, with the Germans needing to win in Manchester to stand any chance of topping the group.
Group H
Barcelona had the opportunity to ensure qualification in matchday four but lost to Shakhtar Donetsk, which has seen the group tighten right up. The Catalans and Porto are level at the top, with the Ukrainians just three points behind.
Wednesday 29 November
Group A
Bayern Munich have already qualified as group winners, with Copenhagen, Galatasaray and Manchester United involved in a mad scramble to secure second place.
Group B
Arsenal look likely to progress to the round of 16, with PSV Eindhoven, Lens and Sevilla all still in with a chance of taking the second qualification spot.
Group C
Real Madrid are already through and Union Berlin are out. Four points separate Napoli and Braga in the race to qualify.
Group D
Only top spot is left to play for, with Real Sociedad and Inter, tied on points, having booked their spots in the last 16 on matchday four.
