Those who are using Twitter on mobile are not able to load the tweet whereas those who are using desktop can see a message which says, “This is the best place to see what’s happening in your world. Find some people and topics to follow now.”
This message is actually shown to new users when they first join Twitter. However, due to the new glitch, everyone is receiving it.
After the downsizing of staff and new plans, Twitter has been constantly struggling to keep the platform on track and free of glitches.
