MLB pick today: Toronto Blue Jays ML over Baltimore Orioles (-134), 7:05 pm ET

The Blue Jays travel to Baltimore to take on the Orioles in their second meeting of the year. Chris Bassitt will start for the Blue Jays and has been dominant as of late. Bassitt went 8 innings against the Astros in his last start and gave up 2 runs while picking up the win. He went 7.2 scoreless innings before being pulled in the prior start.

Dean Kremer will get the start for the Orioles and he is 6-3 with a 4.89 ERA. Kremer’s coming off an outing where he gave up 6 runs in just 5 innings and gave up 9 hits in the process. Even though the Blue Jays’ offense has been inconsistent this year, they still rank 10th in runs scored and 4th in batting average.

This game will likely come down to the fact that Bassitt is the better pitcher and the Blue Jays have a deeper lineup than the Orioles. For that reason, backing the Blue Jays will be our play.

MLB pick today: Washington Nationals vs Houston Astros – Over 8.5 runs (+100), 8:10 pm ET

The Nationals limp into Houston with just a single victory in the past seven outings, although that win came last time out on Sunday in Atlanta by a 6-2 score. Washington hands the ball to LHP Patrick Corbin, and he has been shaky at best. On the road, Corbin has been a disaster, going 2-2 with a 5.72 ERA with seven homers and 13 walks in 28 1/3 innings across five starts on the road.

Houston’s Hunter Brown has coughed up three or more runs in four of the past six outings. The toothless Washington offense, which has just 24 runs across the past seven outings, shouldn’t give Brown too much trouble. But he is likely to at least concede a couple runs, while the Astros hammer Corbin. For that reason, backing the over will be our play.

MLB pick today: Cincinnati Reds ML over Kansas City Royals (-102), 8:10 pm ET

Jordan Lyles will start for the Royals tonight and has yet to record a win as he is 0-10 with a 6.84 ERA. Lyles has given up a home run in 10 of his 13 starts and has given up multiple home runs in 7 of them. On top of that, the Royals have lost all 13 of his starts.

Cincinnati’s Brandon Williamson will make his 6th start this year and he’s yet to record a decision with a 5.40 ERA. However, he faces a Royals’ lineup that has scored the second lowest runs in the league, while the Reds are 9th in the league in runs scored. Given the fact that Lyles has been poor all season, backing the Reds to win will be our play.

NHL pick today: Vegas Golden Knights ML over Florida Panthers (-182), 8:20 pm ET

The Golden Knights are one win away from their first Stanley Cup in franchise History. They have been getting the job done in all aspects of the Game with the depth throughout their whole lineup. Given that this Game has shifted back to Vegas, look for the Golden Knights to finish the Panthers tonight and claim the title.
