Tom Brady praises Gisele Bündchen and Bridget Moynahan on Mother’s Day after Netflix roast
Tom Brady gushed about both Gisele Bündchen and Bridget Moynahan on Mother’s Day after they were the targets of several jokes on his Netflix roast.
The former quarterback shared a series of snaps of his mom posing with his kids and nieces but rounded out the post with a picture of Moynahan and their son and Bündchen horseback riding with their two kids.
“Happy Mothers Day to these kind, caring, compassionate and POWERFUL moms that I’m lucky to have in my life. None of this would be possible without your love ❤️❤️❤️,” he wrote on Sunday.
Neither Moynahan, 53, nor Bündchen, 43, have commented under the post, but Bündchen took to her own social media to pay tribute to her late mom.
“It’s still hard to say ‘mom’ without getting emotional. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t miss my Mom. My mother, was an amazing human being who always helped everyone around her. She was an incredible role model for my sisters and I. She was strong, loving, and compassionate,” she wrote in part of the emotional post.
Shortly after Brady, 46, posted the pics, many social media users applauded Brady for his inclusive upload and keeping it “classy.”
“Tom, you’re setting a great example to your children by showing respect to their Mother, when you didn’t have to!! Great QB, great human!!!!” one person wrote.
“😭 yeah you’re a better man than me,” someone commented.
“This is why I love Tom Brady so much. He honors all of them, past and present!” another user raved.
Brady and Moynahan welcomed son, Jack, now 16, in 2007 after Brady had broken up with her and moved on with Bündchen.
The former Patriots athlete eventually married the supermodel three years later, and the two continue to co-parent Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, since getting divorced in October 2022.

Both of his breakups were the butt of several jokes during the “Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady” last week. Fellow celebrities and comedians teased Brady for dumping Moynahan while pregnant, his divorce and Bündchen dating her jiu-jitsu instructor.
A source told Page Six that Bündchen was hurt by the jokes, because he “once again put Football before his family.”
Another insider told People that she was “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday evening’s roast show.”
“As always, [Bündchen’s] priority is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted,” the source said.
Neither Bündchen nor Moynahan have publicly addressed the roast, but Moynahan has been sharing cryptic quotes on Instagram over the last week.
