Threads to let users search through posts
Threads is working ardently to comPete with X, formerly Twitter, to get its user on Meta's platform. Recently, Mark Zuckerberg announced that the social platform is set to get another new feature that will enable users to search through posts using keywords.
The upcoming feature will pull people up with that username after keywords are typed in, while clicking search will expand the search to all posts containing the keyword.

Instagram spokesperson Christine Pai said the feature was being tested out in Australia and New Zealand, with more countries to be added soon. “We are actively listening to the community’s feedback and working on more features to improve the search experience,” Pai says.
