The Genesis Invitational Round 4 Sunday tee times and pairings
Patrick Cantlay is an experienced American professional Golfer with a previously successful amateur career. He held the number one spot in the World Amateur Golf Ranking for 55 weeks. He has won eight times on the PGA Tour and most recently secured the 2021 FedEx Cup. Patrick’s impressive achievements have earned him a place in the 2022 UCLA Athletics Hall of Fame class.
Patrick Cantlay’s last PGA Tour success was when he won the BMW Championship on August 21, 2022, and in the third round of the Genesis Invitational 2024, he reminded us of his winning form from two years ago. After 54 holes, Cantlay maintained his lead by shooting 1-under 70 at Riviera Country Club. He ended up at 14-under and took a two-stroke lead over Will Zalatoris and Xander Schauffele, who shot an impressive 65 on Saturday.
Although Cantlay’s third-round score of 70 was his worst of the week, he still made three birdies and two bogeys. His earlier scores of 64 and 65 in the first two days were impressive, setting him up for his current lead. Cantlay’s performance throughout the tournament has been exceptional.
The fourth round of the Genesis Invitational 2024 is set to begin at 9:55 a.m. ET on Sunday, February 18, with Emiliano Grillo teeing off from the first hole at Riviera Country Club. Cantlay, who leads after 54 holes, will be in the last group to tee off on Sunday alongside his good friend Xander Schauffele. The final round of the PGA Tour 2024 season’s third signature event will start at 2:15 p.m. ET, and many fans will line up to watch Cantlay’s performance as he tries to maintain his lead and win the tournament after a year-and-a-half hiatus.
