The New England Patriots and the Tennessee Titans meet Sunday in NFL action from Nissan Stadium. Here’s a Tennessee Titans vs New England Patriots prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Titans vs Patriots pick.

New England Patriots Betting Preview

The Patriots were able to notch a victory in their opener versus the Bengals 16-10, then hit a rough losing streak. Those defeats came courtesy of the Seahawks, Jets, 49ers, Dolphins, Texans and Jaguars before another matchup with New York.

New England was able to halt their skid versus the Jets last weekend. The Patriots posted an 18-9 edge in the second half in a comeback win 25-22. Jacoby Brissett threw for 132 yards, but rushers Rhamondre Stevenson (48 yards; two TDs) and Drake Maye (46 yards; TD) did most of the offensive work.

Tennessee Titans Betting Preview

Over on the Titans’ side, they lost their first three Games to the Bears, Jets and Packers. Tennessee picked it up with a win 31-12 versus the Dolphins, but then dropped another couple of Games to the Colts and the Bills.

In their last outing versus the Lions, Tennessee took another blowout defeat. The Titans gave up double-digit points in each of the first three quarters during a 52-14 loss. QB Mason Rudolph finished with 266 yards, one TD and two interceptions. Tony Pollard led the rush with 94 yards on 20 carries.

Tennessee Titans vs New England Patriots Prediction

I’m sticking with Tennessee. This should be a good matchup regardless, though. The Titans need a big bounce-back effort after getting slammed by the Lions. Tennessee posted four turnovers and eight penalties with a rough 3-of-11 effort on third-down tries. The Lions gained just 225 yards (61 passing) on offense but their special teams and opportunistic defense helped bury the Titans.

As for New England, they get credit for a gutsy comeback win last weekend—even if it was against the lowly Jets. The Patriots gained a tepid 247 yards (136 passing) with 3.9 yards per play in that one but held New York in check on defense. I like another decent effort here in what should be a fairly comPetitive Game, with the Titans eking out a tight cover late.
