Endrick does it again for Brazil!

Of course, Endrick marked his first appearance at the Santiago Bernabeu by find the back of the net within minutes of his entry. The 17-year-old sensation will be heading to Real Madrid this summer and seems to find his new surroundings very much to his liking. 

He scored at Wembley Stadium last weekend, and now has his first goal at the Santiago Bernabeu to boot!

Late drama as Lucas Paqueta penalty saves Brazil

A game that thrilled throughout ended in even greater drama as Dani Carvajal was penalised for a clumsy foul in the penalty box in the fifth minute of added time. Lucas Paqueta stepped up to take the penalty and drew his side level with practically the final kick of the game. 

Spain will rue their defensive lapses, but can be fairly pleased with the level of performance against top opposition.

What a game! Brazil fight back three times to pick up a hard-fought draw against Spain. 

The hosts were the better side over the course of the Game but Brazil were clinical and leave with a draw. 

For the third time tonight, a penalty kick is fired home and Brazil are level at the Santiago Bernanbeu!

It was Dani Carvajal who launched into a clumsy challenge on Galeno. The Porto forward tumbled to the ground and the referee pointed to the top!

Massive reception for Lamine Yamal as he is replaced by Jesus Navas for the final few seconds. 

Spain work the ball through to Oihan Sancet in the box, but his left-footed shot hits the side netting. So close to the game for Spain!

Spain are not done yet and come again with Yamal. He tries to find Olmo on the left but Paqueta gets back well to cut out the pass.

What a Game we've had at the Santiago Bernabeu! Spain lead once against with just three minutes of normal time remaining. 

It appears to have been Andreas Perreira who gave away the penalty. 

Rodri steps up again...

This time Lamine Yamal was the provider, sliding the ball through to Dani Carvajal. The Madrid man got to the ball first before being clipped by a Brazilian defender. 

Penalty kick, no doubt about it. 

Penalty to Spain!

The hosts have another spot kick and, this time, it could be decisive!

Brazil appear to be fairly content with a 2-2 draw here and are starting to take their time over throw-ins. 

And another substitution from Brazil as Rodrygo is replaced by Galeno. 

Finally some changes for Spain! Robin Le Normand and Alvaro Morata are replaced. Pau Cubarsi and Mikel Oyarzabal come on. 

Dani Olmo is starting to drop a little deeper in a bid to help his team build up the field but Brazil are making things difficult.

The young Brazilian launches into a wild challenge on Cucurella and leaves the Spaniard on the ground. The Spain backroom team want a red, but the referee decides a booking will suffice. 

Good spell of possession for Spain, looking for a way through a resolute Brazilian backline. Eventually Yamal decides to force the issue but the move breaks down. 

Brazil make progress with Rodrygo on the left but Le Normand does brilliantly to stop his advance. 

The Spanish defender has really impressed this evening.

Spain continue to push. Lamine Yamal plays a clever through-ball for Dani Olmo but the midfielder was offside. 

Vinicius Jr. is replaced for Brazil. Douglas Luiz comes on. 

Vini receives a brilliant reception from the Bernabeu crowd. 

With 20 minutes to go it's impossible to call this one.

Can Spain force another clear-cut chance? Will Brazil find another clinical finish on the break?

You would not rule either out...

Vinicius loses the ball on the left and Spain look to counter-attack. The ball is worked across to William on the left and eventually back across to Fabian Ruiz. 

The midfielder shoots from the edge of the box but it's easily saved. 

We're approaching the final 20 minutes of the 90 and there's still no changes from Spain. Strange, considering that this is an opportunity to test out different players ahead of the Euros. 

That being said, Spain are still playing well. 

Nico Williams and Marc Cucurella combine well on the left flank for Spain and the latter fires a low cross into the box. There's no one there to convert and Brazil clear the danger. 

Good play in midfield from Beraldo to pinch the ball off Morata and charge up-field. He makes it to the edge of the Spain box and tries his luck, but the shot flies over the crossbar. 

Since the entrance of Endrick, Rodrygo has dropped back to function as a No. 10. The 17-year-old is leading the line for Brazil. 

The game has really opened up in the second half with chances for both sides. Spain are still enjoying most of the ball but Brazil are posing a threat on the break now. 

Spain win another corner and it's Nico William across to take. 

Bento can't claim the first cross but grabs the second after Olmo tries to feed the ball back in. 

Lamine Yamal shows real intent for Spain, finding a pocket of space in midfield and trying his luck from around 35 yards. 

His strike is well-hit but it's comfortably off-target.

The Brazilian midfielder is booked for a clumsy challenge near the touchline. 

Brazil are having a bit more luck playing out from the back now, breaking through the Spanish press more easily. Luis de la Fuente will be wanting more from his side and may consider a change soon. 

Spain look to reassert themselves in this game and win a corner kick. The cross is swung towards Rodri at the back post but his looping header is well-saved by Bento. 

Endrick is now back on the field and appears to be moving freely. That will be a relief for the Real Madrid fans in attendance, who will be eager to see more of their future star.

The youngster appears to be in pain here, suffering from some sort of muscular issue to his thigh. 

He leaves the field to receive treatment. 

Hold on... Endrick is down, calling for medical attention. 

This doesn't look good, he's holding his thigh. 

That goal from Endrick has given Brazil fresh confidence and they are starting to get a foothold in the game. 

Rodrygo does well to progress down the right and fire in a low cross but there's noone on hand to meet it. 

Strong running from Vinicius on the left to threaten Carvajal. The Real Madrid defender gives away a corner kick. 

The corner kick picks out Carvajal on the edge of the box and he strikes at goal, but it's easily saved by Bento. 

It's been a quick start to the second half with half-chances for both teams in the opening two minutes.

It was a quadruple substitution with Van Couto, Endrick, Andre and Andreas Perreira coming on. Guimares, Danillo, Raphina and Gomez depart.

Brazil struggle against well-drilled Spain side

Spain have looked very impressive in the first half, making life difficult for Brazil to play out from the back and to progress the ball through midfield. Spain's midfield duo of Rodri and Fabian Ruiz have read the game brilliantly so far and possess the physicality to enforce themselves on the game. If they can keep that intensity up through out the second half they should come out on top. 

Lamine Yamal dominates in the Santiago Bernabeu

What a 45 minutes it's been from the Barcelona youngster. He may only be 16 years old but Lamine Yamal has looked like the most dangerous attacking force on the field so far, toying with the Brazil defence and playing a major role in both of his side's goals. 

You get the sense that his will not be the last time that he shines in the Spanish capital. 

Brazil lucky to only be one goal behind

After the elation of last week's late win over England at Wembley Stadium, Brazil have been brought back down to earth in the Spanish capital. Dorival Jr's side failed to control the Spanish wingers and both Nico Williams and Lamine Yamal have looked too good for their fullbacks. 

Brazil struggled to make any real chances and their goal came via a error from Spain. 

However, Brazil go into the break with just a one-goal deficit and will be confident of putting in an improved performance in the second half. Could 17-year-old Endrick prove their saviour off the bench for a second consecutive game?

And that's the half!

Spain have a 2-1 lead after a sensational 45 minutes of action. The hosts dominated the ball but a defensive lapse from Unai Simon allowed Brazil back into it shortly before the break.

The Spanish defender is penalised for a fairly innocuous foul on Raphinha. 

Spain go right up the field and Rodri takes aim from the edge of the box, forcing a sharp save from Bento. Spain will not be deteered by that defensive lapse. 

Vinicius Jr, captain for Brazil this evening, looks visibly frustrated with his side's performance in the first 39 minutes. 

Spain have been good value for their two-goal lead so far. They've looked solid at the back and thrilling going forward, with stand-out attacking players. 

Vinicius has space to run again, but again it's Robin Le Normand who stops him in his tracks.

The Spaniard is the first player into the book for a late challenge. 

Space for Danillo to come forward on the right but he squanders possession and Spain look to come forward again. 

Lucas Paqueta is penalised for a late challenge on Fabian Ruiz in the midfield. Ruiz gets up and pushes Paqueta and the Brazilian contingent are not happy. 

There's an opportunity for Vinicius Jr to run at the Spain defence but Robin Le Normand stands his ground and blocks his path. 

Good play from Wendell to bring down and long pass and bring Brazil up the field. He plays Rodrygo through the Spain defence but Carvajal gets across to shoulder him out of the way. 

Sensational footwork from Lamine Yamal on the touchline to breeze past Joao Gomez and into the Brazil box. He runs out of space near the six-yard box and is squeezed out, but it's been a brilliant start from the youngster. 

Spain are almost playing with a 4-4-2 out of possession, with Dani Olmo and Alvaro Morata functioning as a duo. 

Good defending from Alvaro Morata to get his head on the ball and clear for Spain. 

Brazil make a rare foray forward and Rodrygo comes tumbling to the ground near the corner flag. Free kick to Brazil, an opportunity to delivery from out wide on the left. 

Dani Olmo takes the free kick but a Spanish player is penalised for interfeereing with the Brazil wall. Free kick to Brazil. 

Spain's wingers continue to trouble Brazil. Nico Williams picks up a lose ball on the edge of the box and draws a foul from Bruno Guimares. 

Free kick to Spain, 20 yards from goal. 

Lamine Yamal makes progress down the right again and fires a low pass across to Nico Williams on the far side. He sets the ball for Fabio Ruiz to shoot from range but the effort curls wide. 

More good play from the Spanish widemen - this time Williams - to slalom into the Brazilian box and make space for a shot. It's just wide of the target this time. 

First sign of intent from Brazil as Rodrygo and Vinicius combine going forward. Strong running from Rodrygo before pulling it back to his teammate inside the box, but Vinicius can't get any power on his show and Simon saves easily. 

Clever pass from Rodri to punch the ball through to Morata. He finds Yamal on the right, who cuts in and fires at goal but drags his shot wide of the target. 

Yamal does well again and finds Dani Olmo in the middle. He works the ball out to the left, before Morata loses it on the edge of the penalty box. 

Spain are ahead and that goal was coming. They've dominated the ball in the opening stages and Lamine Yamal has looked a real threat throughout. That early goal should give Luis de la Fuente's side real confidence now.

Brazil finally get a spell of possession, giving Vinicius Jr the first chance to run at his club teammate Dani Carvajal. The Spanish fullback does well and keeps the Brazilian captain at bay. 

Spain are definitely the more thrusting force in the opening stages and come forward against with Williams and Cucurella on the left. Raphinha comes back to help the Brazilian defence and concedes a corner kick. 

Cucurella does well on the left and curls in a cross. Lamine Yamal is there to meet it on the volley at the back post but his effort flies over the crossbar. 

There's a moment of worry for Spain as Laporte nearly dallies on the ball with Vinicius and Rodrygo closing him down, but he fires the ball back to Simon in goal. 

Good early play from Spain who push Brazil back and look to make it difficult as they play out from the back. This Spain side are starting on the front foot. 

The ball is easily cleared by Brazil and they regain possession. 

In the opening minute Spain get on the attack with Yamine Lamal and the Barcelona forward is felled. A chance for Spain to deliver into the box.

The players are out on the field now and we're onto the national anthems. Brazil are up first, sporting a black-and-white tracksuit top with a message of solidarity. 

This game was organised as a show of solidarity with Brazilian star Vinicius Jr, who has been subjected to racist abuse during his time with Spanish giants Real Madrid. 

Spain players going through their paces

Luis de la Fuente's side will be eager to secure a positive result tonight after a drab loss to Colombia on Friday. The Spanish national team have struggled to replace the iconic generation that led them to three international tournament victories from 2008-2012 and are looking to place faith in a few young stars. 

The likes of Gavi and Pedri are out injured, but their Barcelona teammate Yamine Lamal start for Spain against Brazil.

Even for the most successful and most seasoned of players, Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu retains an air of mystique and majesty. As we have seen in the Champions League in recent years the stadium's history can influence its future, sparking incredible turnarounds and late drama.

Familiar faces on the flanks

They look set to lift more trophies together this season, but Spain's Dani Carvajal and Brazilian star Vinicius Jr. will be on different sides this evening. The Real Madrid duo look set to be in direct opposition tonight, with Vini lining up on the left and Carvajal returned to his more familiar right-back berth.

Real Madrid celebrate Vinicius Jr

In many ways, tonight's friendly between Spain and Brazil is a game organised to show solidarity with Real Madrid and Brazil star Vinicius Jr. The forward has been the subject of racist abuse with shocking regularity during his time in Spain but things came to a head last year when he was racially abused, and later sent off, in a LaLiga game against Valencia. 

In the aftermath of that match the Spanish and Brazilian federations organised this game to as a show of togetherness.
