Last year, Joe Jonas shocked the world when news broke that he had filed for divorce from his wife of four years, 27-year-old Sophie Turner. Reports and photographs published by British tabloid The Sun showed Sophie Turner and Peregrine Pearson sharing a kiss at Gare du Nord in Paris, sparking rumours about their budding relationship. Turner, looking chic in casual streetwear, maintained some semblance of anonymity with a red cap and sunglasses; ditto for Pearson, who sported sleek weather-appropriate clothing with sporty sneakers. 

According to The Sun, the duo parted ways in chauffeured cars, but were later reunited at the Stade de France, where Turner unveiled the Rugby World Cup trophy alongside New Zealand rugby union player Dan Carter.

Five weeks after their Parisian rendezvous, Sophie Turner and Peregrine Pearson were photographed together in London, further adding to their relationship rumours.

Appropriately dressed for the chilly London weather, the duo painted a perfect picture, dressed in matching casual navy ensembles. Turner looked radiant in a baseball hat and sunglasses with an oversized jacket and jeans, while Pearson rocked a beanie and a fur-trimmed parka.

The pair enjoyed their walk together, stopping for PDA breaks that looked like scenes straight out of a Netflix rom-com, with handholding, kisses, and Pearson gently tucking Turner’s hair behind her ear. 

December 13 2023: Turner posts breakup song to sass her ex 

Firmly in full sass mode, Turner posted a breakup song on her Instagram stories – a 2022 release by Rachel Chinouriri, All I Ever Asked. Fans and media outlets were quick to decode the subtext of the song, which appeared to hint at Turner’s true feelings towards her ex-husband. The lyrics certainly paint an interesting picture: “I would deny you found a way / to make it ‘bout yourself and all because / you’re always right, never know if you’re sorry for what you said.”

The girlfriend in question was later revealed to be Turner’s longtime friend, Tabitha Doherty. According to reports, the duo had spent the afternoon shopping together in London’s Notting Hill, enjoying smoothies before parting ways.

The captured photos featured the duo in close quarters, enjoying their time on the slopes together with a couple of friends. In one of the photos, Pearson was photographed with an arm around Turner’s waist, further cementing their relationship status – at least on social media.

The couple made their first public appearance together, attending Stanley Zhu’s Year of Dragon Celebration at London’s Dixie Queen.
