Shakira: PH๏τos Of Legendary Colombian Singer

Shakira is the definition of a strong woman who is fierce enough to get an entire arena filled with spectators on their feet. From selling out shows in Paris, France, to showing off her incredible figure in a sheer pair of leggings and a tiger print body suit, there’s nothing she can’t do!

Bornis Barranquilla, Colombia, she began at age 13. After taking a break, she eventually broke into the Spanish music market with album Magia and follow-up Peligro. She successfully entered the English-language market with her fifth album, Laundry Service, released in 2001. The album featured her memorable hit ‘Whenever, Wherever.’

She continued to ride the wave of success with her English releases, adding Oral Fixation, Wolf, and Shakira, which were all major successes on the Billboard chart. Other notable hits included ‘Hips Don’t Lie’ and her 2007 collaboration with Beyonce, ‘Beautiful Liar.’ The superstar has also appeared on The Voice as a judge in 2013 and 2014.
