Selena Gomez carries a Kate Middleton-loved purse to Rare Beauty Mental Health Summit
She’s queen of the beauty biz.
Selena Gomez glowed in a chic ivory ensemble at the Rare Beauty Mental Health Summit 2024, and along with her elegant dress, she carried an accessory fit for royalty.
The Rare Beauty founder, 31, carried the same Aspinal Midi Mayfair handbag ($865) that Kate Middleton owns in two different colors before heading inside to pose on the event’s red carPet.
Gomez carried the brand’s Ivory Patent Croc iteration, which features a gold shield lock and chain strap, while the Princess of Wales owns both Deep Shine Black Croc and no-longer-offered Lilac Croc shades of the purse.
And the pop star and future queen consort aren’t the only two famous faces who favor Aspinal’s sleek styles; everyone from Jennifer Lopez to Gigi Hadid has carried the brand’s Midi Mayfair bag.
As for the “Only Murders in the Building” star, she matched her royal-loved bag to her off-the-shoulder ivory dress ($2,595), wearing a shimmery style by Maticevski for her third-annual mental health summit.
Gomez added Tabayer jewelry to her look, including $7,500 diamond hoop earrings, a diamond-accented gold ring ($4,700) and a classic gold bangle.
She wore her hair slicked back in a high pony for the event, during which she spoke with U.S. Surgeon General Vice Admiral Vivek Murthy about topics such as loneliness and the power of social media.
The all-white moment comes after another monochromatic moment, with the “Wizards of Waverly Place” alum launching her new Rare Beauty pressed blushes in a head-to-toe pink look last month.

She paired a floral-print silk Versace shirtdress ($2,850) with a pink wool Staud coat ($795) draped around her shoulders for the new product drop.
“Our 3rd annual @rarebeauty Mental Health Summit has me leaving inspired by the next generation, filled with so much hope, and grateful to each of you for being on this meaningful journey with us,” Gomez captioned a carousel of Instagram photos from the event on Wednesday night.
“Mental Health means so much to me and I’m honored we get to share this mission with the world together,” she continued. “Thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to use their voice for good! ♥️♥️.”
