The Giants were down 28-7 at one point in that Game against Arizona before fighting to a 31-28 success, but star running back Saquon Barkley was lost to injury. The win followed a 40-0 humiliation at the hands of the Cowboys in Week 1 and although last Sunday’s success was the perfect remedy to that defeat, it still showed New York’s struggles as they barely made it past a Cardinals team expected to be among the worst in the NFL this season.
