Midweek MACtion keeps rolling on Tuesday with a trio of Games that should be plenty compelling and have real implications as it relates to the conference standings and the title race. The Central Michigan Chippewas just picked up a massive win over the Northern Illinois Huskies as touchdown underdogs, while the Western Michigan Broncos have outperformed most of the preseason expectations for them and are historically the right in this series between directional Michigan schools. Who will prevail in this rivalry Game on Tuesday? Let’s find out.

Here is my Central Michigan vs Western Michigan Same Game Parlay for Tuesday’s matchup, which will be televised on ESPNU starting at 7:30 pm ET. Also, be sure to check out our NCAAF predictions for all the big games this week.

Western Michigan -3 (-108)

Over 56.5 (-110)

Kenneth Womack to record a touchdown (-160)

Same Game Parlay odds: +587

Western Michigan Broncos -3 over Central Michigan Chippewas (-108)

Central Michigan heads to its in-state rivals in Kalamazoo looking to become bowl eligible against their biggest rivals on Tuesday. The Chippewas are coming off a solid 37-31 win last weekend, upsetting Northern Illinois outright as 6.5-point underdogs. However, as I said in my mega parlay writeup for today’s MAC Games, this rivalry has been dominated by Western Michigan of late as the Broncos are now 4-1 ATS in the past 5 meetings in this series, while winning 7 of the past 9 meetings outright dating back to 2014.

On the other side, Western Michigan is coming off what was easily its most impressive win of the campaign, a 45-14 victory at Eastern Michigan as a 3-point favorite last week, nearly taking care of the over in that Game all on its own. This Broncos team has been hot against the number over the last 2 months, covering the number in 5 of the past 6 Games, including a perfect 4-0 ATS mark in the past 4 Games on the road. Let’s ride with the red-hot Broncos to keep covering numbers with another victory in this one.

Over 56.5 (-110)

Ordinarily, I would look toward the under in this Game, especially since it’s a rivalry Game and there is supposed to be approximately 8-10mph winds and potentially some rain in the forecast. However, Western Michigan has been nothing but an over team all season long (7-2 to the over in 2023), and I don’t expect that to change here given how this Game profiles to be a back-and-forth affair. Both offenses should hold major edges over the opposing defenses, with the Broncos defensive unit sitting at 114th in early downs EPA and 99th in EPA per dropback (CFB-Graphs). Western Michigan’s offense just hung 45 points on Eastern Michigan and the Broncos should see more success against this poor Chippewas defense (101st in EPA per play, 99th in EPA per rush). Let’s look for points in Kalamazoo.

Kenneth Womack to record a touchdown (-115)

Kenneth Womack hasn’t found the end zone often this season, but there’s still a reason that this prop isn’t plus-money and I think we’re getting value with our third leg of our parlay on Tuesday. Womack has been a major cog in this Broncos passing attack, hauling in 5 receptions in each of his last 5 Games, including a pair of contests where he recorded 12 and 14 catches respectively. Womack recently did grab a touchdown against Ohio as part of that 14-reception effort and now he’ll be facing a Central Michigan defense that allowed NIU, Buffalo and even lowly Ball State to throw the ball all over the yard. With 42 catches over the last 5 contests, the volume is certainly there for Womack to find the end zone, and I think he gets there on Tuesday.
